February 26, 2021
On February 26, entrepreneurs and board members Eric van Otten and Rob Bultman transferred part of their shares in their IT companies Deltics and Betagraphics to two entrepreneurial families from Limburg, one of these families being the Beelen family through their investment company Rooth-Invest.
Deltics is the connecting factor between IT, people and growth. Offering the best IT solutions is the most important goal for Deltics and it does so with a wide range of solutions: from hardware to software, from network to application distribution, from cloud to on-site server and data storage solutions. Deltics is an organisation where passion, quality and professionalism give the company a distinctive character. Ambitious, committed and enterprising, that is what Deltics stands for. Every day. Deltics stays on top of the latest technological developments and thinks along with its customers in creating solutions and products. In this way, Deltics supports the innovation and digital ambitions of its customers. Due to Deltics’ transparent process and proven knowledge, its customers often work with Deltics for a long time.
Betagraphics specialises in implementation, maintenance and control of technical document management solutions, as well as giving advice on the implementation, maintenance and control. With over 35 years of experience, Betagraphics certainly understands the needs of an engineering or drawing office. Through working closely with engineers, project managers, asset managers and maintenance managers, Betagraphics speaks the same language and knows the area extremely well.
Doing business can also be a very pleasant experience, that is the attitude in the province of Twente, home of Deltics and Betagraphics. This attitude is greatly appreciated. Moreover, it fits seamlessly with the vision of Rooth-Invest and its partners from Limburg. Jointly, all parties are committed to contribute to the success of Deltics and Betagraphics. Eric and Rob are very pleased with this partial takeover and are happy to say that this contributes to a bright future for Deltics and Betagraphics. Both gentlemen will stay in their roles in the coming years, which means that there will be no major changes within the companies in the near future.
